Refactor Schema Building

• Make build a method under cql.schema.build (rather than a static method cql.schema.Schema.build()

• Currently build calculates all fields at the same time. If we can calculate this for each field, we might be able to parallelize it (See http://stackoverflow.com/questions/19120213/parallelizing-tasks-in-node-js for more information)
