Align line graph data to x-axis and joining gap

Hi, when i'm using string data for the x-axis, my line graph points don't align to the x-axis but rather split between it. How can I make them appear on the same line? Also, is there a way for me to join the line when there is a gap (Fri -2 to Mon -3). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
