Cat Spirit Helm does not give night vision when worn, assumedly none of the armor potion effects are working as intended

This extends to the Eliminators gear (limited single piece, high set bonus health boost) and other single piece, non set bonus armor effects. Will require more testing to figure every single piece effected.
