Trouble with Pardot integration

Hi! I'm trying to integrate Pardot with Formie 2.2.2 on Craft 4.16.12. It's showing that it's connected and enabled in Formie. When I fill out the form, Formie is saving the submission without issue but we're not seeing it under Prospects in Pardot. My client is using the Pardot Classic App (pi.pardot.com), so I'm not sure if that's causing the issue. Not sure how to track down any error logs or if there's something I'm missing. Happy to provide further context/info or staging site access if needed.

Anything in your /storage/logs/formie.log files?

Yep, there are several log files and I just spotted errors:

[ERROR] Pardot: Missing return “prospectId” {"@attributes":{"stat":"fail","version":1,"err_code":89},"err":"Your account is unable to use version 4 of the API."}.

That explains that. lol I'm guessing my client is going to have to update their Pardot account, no?

Ah, there we go! I wasn't aware that v3 API was still going. I'd say yes, they probably need to upgrade, otherwise I would need to implement a legacy Pardot connector, which might be tricky.

In fact, Salesforce say that the Pardot Classic App is being retired by October 17, 2022.
