Describe the bug

Emails are failing to send and previews failing due to the following error:

Cannot access offset of type array on array
/var/www/html/vendor/verbb/formie/src/services/Emails.php:96

only happens when a from name is also included (the from email looks to be in an array)

Steps to reproduce

1. add a email notification
2. add a from name & from email
3. view preview

Form settings

• Multi-page form: Yes or No
• Submission Method: Ajax or Page Reload
• Client-side Validation: Yes or No
• Custom Form Templates: Yes or No

Fix an error handling email notification “from” values when also setting a “from name”.
