Support for headers capture

Hi, there!

I would like to know if there is support for capturing the headers of a request/response and injecting them into the span attributes.

On other instrumentation libs we can enable this feature through the following env vars:

• OTEL_INSTRUMENTATION_HTTP_CAPTURE_HEADERS_CLIENT_REQUEST
• OTEL_INSTRUMENTATION_HTTP_CAPTURE_HEADERS_CLIENT_RESPONSE
• OTEL_INSTRUMENTATION_HTTP_CAPTURE_HEADERS_SERVER_REQUEST
• OTEL_INSTRUMENTATION_HTTP_CAPTURE_HEADERS_SERVER_RESPONSE
