All tag a don't have rel="nofollow" so It's bad for SEO.

I consulted this with SEO person and this is the comment:
"I don’t think a global nofollow to all of Twitter makes sense. In the majority of scenarios people are going to want Google to be able to associate the tweet with the page."

Based on that I think the default behaviour should be follow. But yeah this could be configurable by props maybe.
