Proper changelog for vercel sdk

The RELEASES.md doesn't really list any changes, just version of speakesy cli and no specific changes of what actually changed.

Even looking at commits is not very useful as it looks like both speakeasy cli and openapi schema changed and there is always too many line changes to be useful.

So It's kinda hard to see just what changed in Vercel SDK when new version is published.

Is there any public changelog? Like the OpenAPI schema for Vercel REST APIs?
