Missing API for current state

i can check, wether timekeeper has frozen the time or traveled to another time, but i can't distinguish both modes.

Currently i change from another library (which only has a frozen mode) to timekeeper, as it supports travel mode, and another library (zombie) looks to be "more happy" when traveling.

So i would like to have an API call, to check if timekeeper is in travel mode.
