swarm need to be verified in nebulagraph v3 #130

branch: https://github.com/vesoft-inc/nebula-docker-compose/tree/docker-swarm is a config for swarm deployment, but it's not been maintained, recently, an attempt was done to make it support nebulagraph v3/master, but it's untested.
