Getting issue with Command 'SFDX Package.xml Generator' in VS code #136

Getting the below error while executing SFDX Package.xml Generator in VS code:

"Command 'SFDX Package.xml Generator: Choose Metadata Components' resulted in an error
Invalid host defined options"

Also getting this error and looking for assistance. I updated CLI, uninstalled and reinstalled package and nothing changed.

This issue has been fixed for me, after uninstalled the VS code application and then reinstalled it.
