Can volt support multiple profiles simultaneously ?

Let's say, I have two profiles, say `py` a python related plugin set. I also have `js` say React.js related plug in set. 

Suppose, I'm working on both front-end (`js` plugin-set/profile) and back-end (`py` plugin-set/profile). Will I be able to work on both same time ?
