weird border effects in libadwaita apps when switching between them

i have wierd effect when i switch to a libadwaita app via alt-tab or just clicking on them, it looks functional, but looks wierd for me because it doesn't do that on other non-libadwaita apps, is there a way to disable animations or fixing it?

btw it has the same results in gnome desktop, but it can be fixed with disabling animations, but it looks wierd without animations...
