Make Appreciate app a default app

Title says it all. It helps for when we have events and such for people to be able to easily express appreciation. :)

Is that the one that, when in VR, makes you clap when you put your hands above your head? If so, it should be disabled by default, it's a bit over sensitive and on some of my avatars I start clapping if I just try to pick my nose.
