Server Endpoint always on management in Swagger UI

Executing the Virtual Satellite Server in Version 4.17.1 The swagger UI is always pointing to the management API Endpoint. no matter which description I choose. The model API Endpoint is not available. testing it with the current development out of the eclispe runtime environment i get the correct endpoint depending on which description i am working. This needs some investigations.
