Fix test case closeEditorForRemovedSeiByWorkspaceResource

The test de.dlr.sc.virsat.swtbot.test.EditorTest.closeEditorForRemovedSeiByWorkspaceResource currently fails (only in CI). There could be an interaction with #1231, but this is unconfirmed.

To get the Release 4.18. out the door, the test is currently ignored. However, it should be investigated and fixed.
