Windows Username gets detected inconsistently

Describe the bug
When VirSat is used on windows the username for the Role Management gets sometimes detected capitalized and sometimes not.
E.g.
Windows Username: Peter
Gets detected as "Peter" and "peter".
As a result, because the Role Management Check is case sensitive, the user might loose access to the system mode.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior
Either consistently get the username in consistent capitalization, or make it case insensitive:
Example:
User and user would be then equivalent.
