Creating a batch file (as a replacement of build.xml)

A batch file to build the project should fulfills below tasks

• Installing the FreeCAD
• Installing the A2Plus Workbench
• Installing Python dependencies
• Installing the Pydevd for Debugging the Project
• Cleaning (not required zip files)
