how to change direction of storage data

i can't change direction of data , when i insert data to primary, i want it to special direction to insert it not at /var/lib/pgsql/{{ postgresql_version }}/data
I use ubuntu 22.04

You can specify custom data dir path in postgresql_data_dir variable in the vars/Debian.yml vars file.

I will try to reproduce this problem as soon as I have free time.

Try to search for a solution in parallel in issues on the wal-g project repository. But before that, make sure that you correctly set the wal-g backup command.
