custom data dir not being created

somehow my attempt to use custom data dir is unsuccessful, what am I missing here...

ok for those who are having this issue (2.1.0-release)
postgresql_home_dir: "/data/postgresql" AND postgresql_data_dir: /data/postgresql/{{ postgresql_version }}/{{ postgresql_cluster_name }}

shouldn't be the same

I reset home_dir to /var/lib/postgresql and just leaving data dir to my bigger disk at /data then it worked...

Yes. It is better to leave the postgres system user's home directory by default.
