Render each page in a different element

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently Vivliostyle renders each page per screen.
I'd like to be able to see the document each page in the bottom of the other, like in a PDF viewer.
As each page is renderer in a single element, the only way possible is rerender the content of that element.

Probably being able to select where to render each page separately would enable to put elements next to each other.

Describe alternatives you've considered
What is able right now is the spread view, but it is not what is useful for my use case.
