Making scripts for live backup of TDB

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If Jena TDB (default VIVO graph) is used, a data backup can be created through user interface. More control is needed over making backups.

• Running the process of making data backup should be available through API
• An example of script for running backup is needed
• Documentation for the backup procedure #3820

Describe alternatives you've considered
Can backup details be specified in applicationSetup.n3 for some common cases (just specification of frequency, directory, and template for name of backup files)?
