Failed to login using github

Steps to reproduce issue:

1. Head to http://gitly.org/
2. Click on sign in on top left trainer
3. Click on Login via GitHub
4. github returns 404.

the problem is there since a while, I don't think they fix it/change it any soon~

edit: look at shiipou comment (#134 (comment)_), this may would work
