set lease times #209
Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As the lease times are not specified it creates vapps etc with a default runtime lease time of 7 days.
This looks to have been implemented in the terraform modules github.com/vmware/terraform-provider-vcd/blob/main/vcd/resource_vcd_org.go ( starting line 76 )

the ability to set lease times so vapps / vms have an unlimited lease.
