After upgrading ProjectMonitor, one aggregate project only shows up with tag specified

Just going to the main ProjectMonitor view without specifying any tags in the URL used to display all our projects. Now, exactly one project is missing from that view. When I specify ?tags=ruby (it's in the ruby group), it shows up, together will all other ruby projects.
