Learning Path Issue: Using Tanzu Application Service (TAS)

Describe the bug
At the bottom of the page, there are links to Try Cloud Foundry which links to a 404 error and TAS for VMs that links to a non-TAS page. Please fix these links to the appropriate URLs.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://tanzu.vmware.com/developer/learningpaths/cloud-native-development/general__using_tas/
   2.a. Link redirects to https://katacoda.com/cloudfoundry-tutorials/scenarios/trycf and reports a 404.
2. Click on "overview of TAS for VMS" 'https://docs.pivotal.io/application-service/2-11/concepts/overview.html'
   3.a. Link redictes to https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-Tanzu/index.html which has no information on TAS.

Expected behavior
Step 1 should link to guide on using TAS.
Step 2 should like to the "Try Cloud Foundry " page.
