Is it possible to compile the code into an executable file?

Please tell me, is it possible to somehow save the generated code so that it can be run later without compiling it again?
I am very interested in such an opportunity existing.

To my understanding:

• Not native code, if only because of: generating relocatable code #380
• Not after running code generation, and so not after the optimization pipeline

But MIR code can be saved in a binary format.
