Use https://docs.rs/git-repository/ or https://docs.rs/git2/latest/git2/ to perform git actions instead of relying on a local git installation.

Hey, I think git init, fetch and clone operations are supported now so if the rotz sync command will be deprecated we can use gitoxide 🤩

@volllly I just voted to get rid of sync. rotz shall finally fully self-contained. 🥳
