Breaking change in ClassRegistry v5

Hello,

Since release of ClassRegistry v5,

we get the following error:
ImportError: cannot import name 'EntryPointClassRegistry' from 'class_registry'

As mentionned in https://class-registry.readthedocs.io/en/latest/upgrading_to_v5.html#imports

EntryPointClassRegistry should now be imported with:

from class_registry.entry_points import EntryPointClassRegistry
