[auth][slack]: add automatic auth flow to obtain user auth token

When adding a Slack connector, we ask the user for the Slack token to get information about teams and channels:

We need to add an authentication flow that will generate Slack auth token and pass it into the Togezr extension. We can use an Azure Function for the redirection service.
