Trying to install on windows without luck. Is it possible?

So, I've installed everything how the readme says and got an error: UnicodeDecodeError: 'charmap' codec can't decode byte 0x9d in position 2575: character maps to so I changed the pytorch-cuda=11.7 but still I'm getting that error (Windows 11). Is there someone that managed to run this on a Windows machine? Any help appreciated
