Styling or Loading Style

We are using webpack with vue 3. We found no style is loaded. I see the step by step guides ask to add css manually or seems no css style is loaded via the package automatic, is this true ? https://v3.vue-final-modal.org/examples/stepByStep

I am I missing something? my module setup in webpack is like below.
