add vuetify to 'create vue' script

Hi, I always struggle with the proper setup of new projects as your create create vue offers great tool setup, like Cypress, but create vuetify on the other hand provides an easy initial setup of Vuetify, VueRouter etc:

It would be awesome if you would either add vuetify to your script, or even join forces with them to have the same create script in both repos.
