[Bug Report][3.7.7] In mobile view, the VDataTable ‘sort by’ input aria-label text does not match the corresponding label text

Vuetify Version: 3.7.7
Vue Version: 3.5.8
Browsers: Chrome 131.0.0.0
OS: Windows 10

Steps to reproduce

Create a VDataTable with sortable columns, with the table set in mobile view.
Observe the ‘Sort by’ dropdown input aria-label and its corresponding label text.

Expected Behavior

According to the WCAG, it is considered a best practice to have form control aria-labels start with their corresponding label text. In English, for instance, this would be ‘Sort by’.

The aria-label text is ‘Open’.
