Add git trailers (and a chapter about git conventions)

In hallmark and remark-common-changelog I'm experimenting with git trailers (vweevers/hallmark#115). This might be the best of both worlds (versus alternatives like Conventional Commits): human readable commit messages with (optional) machine-readable metadata.
