Cannot configure Explicit FTP over TLS #33

I am trying to download files from ftp://domain.tld over TLS, but when I select 'ssl'=>true, the basic url automatically starts with ftps, but it should be ftp.

This Pull Request seems to fix this: #28

@vyuldashev Could you please merge this PR?
