Compression Streams are missing Brotli and ZSTD options

The state of the art has moved on from the initial design moment of the [Compression Streams API.](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Compression_Streams_API) Browsers should add options for Brotli and ZSTD compression and keep supported codecs in sync with those supported in their HTTP stacks (at a minimum) going forward.
