Tooltip not position relative to cell

I have two calendars setup, both setup the same but for some reason one of them doesn't position the tooltip relative to the cell I'm hovering over

I'm seeing the same issue, but with a single calendar. What is strange is if I zoom out (I'm using Chrome) to 67% (or smaller), then the tooltips are in the correct position. The more I zoom in, the further above the cell the tool tips show up (though the first two rows are correct, but those have the tooltip BELOW the cell (since there isn't room above the cell for them).
At 75% - the tool tips are 3 rows above the cell
At 80% - 6 rows above
At 90% - 12 rows above
At 100% - 18 rows above (so most are drawn above the calendar and hidden)

Edit:
It seems to be tied to both the number of rows displayed, as well as the monitor size. 4 rows of data and all tool tips are fine.
I did more testing with 15 rows of data. On my laptop (1920 x 1200) @ 100% all tool tips work, but if I go with the recommended setting of 125%, then there are 9 rows between the cell and the tooltip. Moving to an external monitor (1920 x 1080 @100%) then there are 2 rows between the cell and the tooltip.

So this looks like a math error based on rows and resolution.
