Results page reappears after completing 100% audience test

Hi wagtail-ab-testing team,

I encountered an issue after selecting a winner and publishing a page that had an A/B test run to 100% of its sample size. The "Results" page for the test continues to reappear, even after I choose either "Publish with Variant" or "Publish with Control."

This behavior seems to occur sporadically but only on pages where the most recent test has reached 100% of its sample size. The issue persists even after clearing the cache and after creating a new test and subsequently canceling it.
