Gracefully handle missing Airtable name

In the settings you specify an `AIRTABLE_TABLE_NAME`. If that name is wrong, it throws this:

 [Error: {'type': 'TABLE_NOT_FOUND', 'message': 'Could not find table Wagtail Page Demo in application appxxxxxxx'}]
```

We need to gracefully handle that.
