Update Wizard 🧙‍♂️

I've built a modular update-wizard that makes building releases simply 🪄 magic.

The code is as follows:

1. Looks for import.meta.env.DEV (Vite)
2. Spawns a shell script that tries 'wails version'
3. Looks in common GCC/C++ build tools directories
4. Uses os.getWd() (Optionally can be changed on the fly, just in case it got something wrong)
5. Spawns a shell process that runs 'pnpm build'
6. Spawns a shell process that runs 'wails build'
7. App get's packaged as well as a manifest with the current release info straight to the server 🔎
