Customize NSIS Installer for Wails

I imagine most people need to customize their NSIS installer to include more files than just the wails exe. Is there an official way to do this?

The documentation doesn't mention customization

I see there is this file (hidden by gitignore).
build\windows\installer\project.nsi

Is it safe to edit this?
