Memoryleak when using zed-remote in raspberry pi

1. Launch into zed remote
2. Open big text files
3. wakatime binary slowly starts eating upto 1GB ram on itself and server starts lagging, I killed the process before it grew further.

Will paste screenshots next time it repeats.

How big are the text files?

The wakatime-cli binary reads files up to 5MB of the file when detecting language and calculating number of lines in the file, but it always closes the file after reading and any memory used should be freed up once wakatime-cli finishes executing. The wakatime-cli process should only stick around for a few seconds max.
