chore(tests): e2e tests are taking 25 minutes

Seems like we regressed with E2E tests running time from 13 min to 25 min
The reason seems this PR - https://github.com/waku-org/js-waku/commits/master/packages/tests

I've attempted to reduce some test time, but it still takes ~20min #2689
