bug: RLN auto initialization fails

Description

Sometimes UI doesn't auto initialize RLN instance:

To mitigate user can try reloading a page.
This bug was observed on Firefox.

Solution

We need to automatically detect that and re-initialize RLN instance.

Note my wallet was initially not connected.

When i refreshed, I had connected my wallet.

Note I did a force refresh. Maybe there was some old code in cache?

probably that can be a reason
maybe, we need to subscribe to an event when wallet actually get's connected to proceed with RLN init
