After I opened the page, there was only a black interface with no other data, only two arrows on the left and right and the number 600.

The difference between my installation order and the one in the readme file is conda install -c conda-forge nodejs==10.13.0. When I used this command, running npm install would cause a segmentation error. Later I realized that it might be a problem with the npm and nodejs versions, so I changed the command to conda install -c conda-forge nodejs==18.18.2. After that, I could run the command smoothly until the above problem occurred.

Using conda install -c conda-forge nodejs==18.18.2 as @gravity-123 suggested did not worked for me. Any other solutions?

Changing the version only solved the segmentation error, but did not solve the problem of missing data. In the end, I used another annotation software, which solved my problem for now.

Do we need to modify any source code inside the downloaded 3d-bat repo to give path to our data set? If so, which file should we modify? By the way, what is the name of the other software you used?

I don't know how to modify the source code. The solution I'm currently using is linked below.

Thank you very much. Current situation of this tool is really bad, there are not any useful tutorials on how to set this thing up properly. Also devs seem irresponsive to posts here.
