Null error while using in 1.20.6

Been using SignShop V4 in Paper server 1.20.6 and seen an error in the terminal while using.

It seams like Minecraft likes to make breaking changes in minor versions these days.

While working on fixing this for 1.20.6, 1.21 was released and then 1.21.1 and I had to move to Signshop V5. Unfortunately development is quite slow due to IRL stuff so I only have a couple dev builds on my Discord server and I don't think either one will work for 1.20.6. Signshop V4 should work for Minecraft 1.20 - 1.20.4 and Signshop V5 should work for 1.21+ versions of Minecraft but you are welcome to try them.

Sadly I'm stuck with 1.20.6 for now but I'm sure we'll make it.
