Add custom env var validations

Wasp has this awesome new feature that helps recognize when env vars are not defined, especially in production, which is a common source of trivial errors that newcomers hit: https://wasp.sh/docs/project/env-vars#custom-env-var-validations . We should add it to Open SaaS!
