Create CI/CD pipelines to package applications for different operating systems or create docker images for rapid deployment

In the past, most of our umbrella systems were designed on Unix-like systems. This facilitated rapid deployment on the designed system. However, since other teams use Windows operating systems, we also need to make sure that our systems work properly on Windows operating systems.

I believe the most native way to solve this is package our project to a application for release or even better with docker image support arm/x-86 platform quick deployment.
