Enhancements before or after initial release
- To be considered for all relevant flowsheets: consider incorporating flowsheet level costs as defined flows. More to the point- levelized cost metrics should include ALL costs, and net levelized cost metrics that are offset by revenue should only account for the subtraction of revenue (not the addition of other costs that weren't originally accounted for)
